More and more mountains are opening up for the season, and we're about to get a sustained window of snowmaking temperatures across the region. It's time to go skiing!

We hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving. Today is Black Friday and most mountains offer some sort of special, but we've done the hard work for you and combed through them all to find the best deals and offers. 

This week’s theme: Black Friday deals that won't be around for long but are worth snagging for later this season.

• Planning to ski midweek? Loon has many specific weekday tickets throughout the season for just $59. Must purchase by 12/3 or while supplies last

• Get a $50 anytime ticket to Black Mountain of Maine. These tickets are only available from 9 to 4 on Black Friday.

• Want to try night skiing? Pleasant Mountain is offering a $20 night ticket valid for any night they're open this season.

• Berkshire East is offering a pack of 3 anytime night tickets for just $79. Must purchase by 12/3.

• Live near Boston? Need a place to get some local laps? Check out the revived Blue Hills Ski Area with a 2 ticket pack for only $95

• Planning to support the non-profit ski area, Whaleback Mountain, this year? Do it for less by getting a $40 resort credit for just $20. 

• Are you in Maine this weekend? Stop by Mt. Abram this weekend or the Down East Ski Club Sale in Portland on Saturday to score a 4 pack of tickets for $120 or a 2 for $50 Friday coupon. These deals are in-person only.
