Welcome to Issue #17 of the Lift Ticket Rundown — your weekly(ish) guide to the best lift ticket deals and promos across New England. Welcome to March, in our opinion the best ski month of the year. The snow is plentiful, the sun shines brighter, the days are longer, and mountains are much more likely to offer specials and discounts.  We have some unique ones on tap for this issue, so it's time to get outside and shred.

This week’s theme: March deals come in like a lion.

  • Planning to head to Jay Peak this week? Use promo code LT-QCWEEK_30 to get 30% off tickets from now through Thursday, March 5th. Must buy at least a day in advance. The final price comes out to under $75 for a day at Jay. Not too shabby.

  • Tomorrow, March 3rd, Vermont elementary, middle, and high school students ski for free at Mad River Glen.

  • King Pine is offering "Buy One-Get One" on full day tickets every Wednesday in March. 2 tickets for $75.

  • Two more Friday specials left at Ski Quechee. $45 to ski on March 6th or 13th.

  • Waterville Valley is offering a Spring Pass this year. $199 gets you unlimited skiing the rest of the season. Definitely worth it if you plan to ski 2 or more days there. It comes with free rentals too.

  • Do you drive a Toyota? You can snag a free lift ticket to Hunter Mountain in New York on March 14th during Women's Weekend.

  • Looking for something fun on Saturday night close to home? Blue Hills is running a "Midnight on the Mountain" special on March 7th. Ski from 7pm to midnight for just $25. It's also First Responders Weekend. Firefighters, law enforcement officers, paramedics, and EMT's can ski for $35 on Saturday or Sunday.

Remember, our members get these deals in their inbox first. Sometimes they sell out before they're posted here. Become a member so you never miss out.

We still have a solid month and a half of ski season. Don't be surprised if we get several more blockbuster storms, and we expect unique ticket deals to go along with them. We'll be here to sort through them all and get you the best ones so you can enjoy the mountains for less.
