Welcome to Issue #7 of the Lift Ticket Rundown — your weekly(ish) guide to the best lift ticket deals and promos across New England. We're heading into the holiday season, which usually means high prices and long lines. But don't worry! If you want to shred for less over the holidays, we've got you covered, but first:Â
REMINDER: You only have 10 days left to reserve a spot for both our Smugglers Notch and Sunday River ski weekends. 3 days of lift tickets and 2 nights of slope side lodging for as low as $415 per person. That's tough to beat! Click here for details and to sign up before time runs out.

Now, onto the ticket deals. This week’s theme: hacks that allow you to ski affordably, even during the holidays. But first, a few upcoming specials we love:
Â
$10 night skiing at Middlebury Snowbowl this Friday 12/19. Tough to beat.
Â
Lift tickets at Mt. Abram are just $25 for their opening weekend on Saturday 12/20 and Sunday 12/21.
Â
Storrs Hill opens for the season on 12/26 with free skiing for the entire winter
Â
Looking to get in some turns close to home? Ski Bradford opens this weekend and is offering $50 tickets Saturday and Sunday
Â
Now, here are some little known hacks that will let you ski for less, even on weekends and most holidays:Â
Â
Don't need a full day? Many mountains offer half-day tickets, but Ragged Mountain's half-day rates are a great value. Ski from 12-4 on weekends for $69 and $79 on holidays
Â
Cranmore offers twilight skiing from 2-8 pm on weekends and holidays for just $75. 6 hours of skiing at that price is a great deal.Â
Â
On most weekends and holidays that night skiing is offered, Crotched Mountain let's you start at 3 pm for $69
Â
Magic Mountain's "sunset ticket" lets you ski from 2-4 pm for $49, even on most holidays. Perfect for when you only have a couple hours to shred.
Â
Similarly, Ski Quechee let's you ski from 2-4pm any day for just $25
Â
Gunstock offers some of the best night skiing in New England, and you can do it for $69 on weekends and holidays. The best part? If you need gear, every ticket includes free rentals.
Â
Tenney Mountain has unique ticket pricing for this season, and it's perfect for flexibility over the holidays. Know which day you're skiing? It's just $69, any day. Need flexibility? Pay $79 for a ticket that can be used any day this season.
Â
Pleasant Mountain offers a mid-day ticket, good from 12:30 to close (they offer top-to-bottom night skiing) for $67 on most weekends and holidays
Â
The holidays don’t have to mean paying peak prices. A little flexibility — or the right timing — can go a long way, and we’ll keep finding the best ways to help you ski for less.
